I work at the intersection of leadership, wellbeing, and performance, supporting organisations to build more sustainable and human ways of working. Over the past 4+ years, I’ve co‑founded and led UNLOCK Mexico, where I’ve built large‑scale summits, corporate programmes, and cross‑sector partnerships focused on women’s leadership, productivity cycles, and wellbeing at work — collaborating with companies, institutions, and public sector partners across Mexico. I’m currently expanding this work in collaboration with We Create Space (WCS), exploring how leadership, wellbeing, and productivity‑focused programmes can support organisations across Mexico, LATAM, and Spanish‑speaking Europe, with a strong emphasis on culturally grounded and practical approaches. Interested in leadership, wellbeing, women’s productivity, and sustainable performance in Spanish‑speaking contexts.
