Chaka is the founder of Impact Culture, a leading consultancy specialising in creating inclusive and equitable organisational cultures. Her work combines rigorous, evidence‑based methodologies with a deep commitment to transformative cultural change, DEI, and social justice.
With extensive experience advising senior leadership across corporate and third‑sector organisations, Chaka has guided over 100 organisations on their journeys to embed sustainable, inclusive practices. She has co‑authored the EDI principle for the Charity Governance Code, established steering committees for governmental and academic institutions, and delivered tailored solutions for clients ranging from grassroots organisations to multinational corporations.
A trusted advisor to boards and senior leaders, Chaka has worked with organisations such as Publicis Groupe, Novo Nordisk, Greenpeace, and Doctors Without Borders. As a senior trainer with NCVO, SCVO, and Civil Society Media, she equips leaders to address privilege, power dynamics, and systemic inequities with confidence and impact.
Rooted in her lived experience as a neurodivergent queer Femme from a dual heritage background, Chaka’s leadership blends empathy, accountability, and evidence‑based expertise. She facilitates in English and German.
