Jason is an award-winning equity and inclusion consultant, passionate about working with organisations to build truly inclusive workplaces.
With 15 years’ experience across the private sector, including nearly a decade in construction, Jason has experience in Quality, Compliance, HSW, L&D, HR and Inclusion, all which give him a grounded understanding of how people, culture, and inclusion underpin both organisational health and commercial success. His breadth of experience has given him exposure to diverse workplace environments, a wide range of stakeholders, and varying organisational cultures.
Jason combines his lived experiences with expertise to guide meaningful conversations about inclusion and provide practical, actionable guidance, engaging training, strategic insight, and robust data analysis. Whether exploring psychological safety, equity of opportunity, or the most common barriers to inclusion, he leads with intersectionality and wellbeing in mind.
His goal is simple: Build empathy, humanise the experience of others, and inspire action.
Jason also leads as the first Diversity, Equality & Inclusion Department Lead for the International Discworld Convention, a biennial convention celebrating the life and works of Sir Terry Pratchett.
