Dr Mahima Mitra has more than a decade of experience working across industry and academia. She has experience of coaching across Banking, IT, Military, Law, Academia and Consulting.

 

She focuses on supporting career transitions and helping next generation leaders navigate through the critical junctures of their careers to achieve

professional growth and fulfilment. Mahima draws upon the insights generated from her research on leadership development,  career progression and inclusive cultures, as well as personal empathy to enable

clients to thrive in challenging environments.

 

Mahima is a Meyler Campbell Mastered graduate, accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, and is a qualified NEO PI-3 and Lumina Spark Practitioner. During the early stages of her career, Mahima worked with the World Bank in India. Following a DPhil in Social Policy from the University of Oxford, she worked as an academic and then a Managing Consultant advising UK public sector clients across a range of strategy, economic and policy areas in London. She is currently based at the

University of Oxford's Saïd Business School.
